The Liv Healthy Idaho Charity Wellness Challenge kicks off virtually on May 26th, and you can join from the comfort of your own home and some of the challenges can be done in as little as 60 seconds each day!
Over the next five weeks, we'll guide you through a series of wellness challenges designed to enhance your
physical, mental, emotional, social, spiritual, and environmental health.

During Week 1 of the challenge, we will be focusing on moving our bodies and the benefits of doing so. You don’t have to go to the gym or run a marathon. It’s about making simple, intentional changes that fit your lifestyle. Whether it's walking more, eating better, or prioritizing rest, this week is about building habits that help you feel stronger and more energized every day.
During Week 2 of the challenge, we will be focusing on strengthening your mind and emotions. This isn’t just about eliminating stress—it's about building resilience, finding calm, and cultivating joy. Through simple practices like mindfulness, journaling, and positive thinking, you’ll learn how to improve mental clarity and emotional balance in a way that works for you.
During Week 3 of the challenge, we will be focusing on the power of connection and building supportive relationships. Wellness isn’t just about you—it’s about the people you surround yourself with. This week, we’ll explore how to nurture healthy relationships, improve communication, and create a strong, positive network that helps you thrive.
During Week 4 of the challenge, we will be focusing on finding deeper meaning and purpose in life. Whether it’s through faith, mindfulness, or simply connecting with nature, this week is about discovering what brings you peace and fulfillment. By practicing gratitude, aligning your actions with your values, and being present, you’ll create a greater sense of clarity and purpose.
During Week 5 of the challenge, we will be focusing on the impact of your surroundings on your well-being. From the spaces you live and work in to the natural environment around you, your surroundings play a big role in your overall health. This week, we’ll explore ways to simplify, declutter, and create a cleaner, healthier environment that supports your wellness journey.
Each day is a little different. Some Days you will be able to finish the challenge in a minute or two. Other days we may encourage you to do something new and stretch yourself a bit. Whatever the daily challenge is, it is optional but highly encouraged if you are looking to improve your habits and find more wellness in your life.
The Liv Healthy Idaho Charity Wellness Challenge is a 5-week virtual wellness experience designed to help you improve your overall health and well-being across multiple areas—physical, mental, emotional, social, spiritual, and environmental wellness. Plus, your participation supports the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Idaho.
The challenge starts on May 26th and ends on June 30th.
Every day for five weeks, you’ll receive practical tips, challenges, and resources focused on a specific wellness theme for that week. Each week has a unique focus to help you improve different aspects of your well-being.
Week 1: Physical Wellness (Movement, Nutrition, Recovery)
Week 2: Mental & Emotional Wellness (Mindset, Stress Management, Resilience)
Week 3: Social & Relational Wellness (Building Relationships, Communication, Belonging)
Week 4: Spiritual & Purpose-Driven Wellness (Finding Meaning, Gratitude, Mindfulness)
Week 5: Environmental Wellness (Reducing Toxins, Simplifying Life)
No special equipment is needed! The challenge is designed to be accessible to everyone, with practical tips and daily actions that you can incorporate into your daily life from home.
The challenge has a donation cost of $47 per entry. 100% of the participation fee helps support the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Idaho.

The Wellness Fair is a community celebration where anyone in the local community can gather to connect with wellness experts, enjoy family activities, and continue supporting Ronald McDonald House Charities of Idaho.

You will receive daily tips and challenges via push notification from within the app. This ensures you have the resources you need right at your fingertips. There will also be emails sent to your email inbox.

Liv Wellness is a local wellness clinic located in Idaho Falls and serving the whole East Idaho community in helping them reach their wellness goals. They are managing and running the Liv Healthy Idaho Charity Wellness Challenge which is in support of The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Idaho.
